The summer of 2005 was greatest summer I can remember. Houston was working for Wildland Fire out of Ogden, UT and I was still working in assisted living. I would work from 7-3 each day, come home and take a nap, and wake up just in time for Houston to show up at my house each day for dinner. We took a trip to Colorado Springs to meet his parents for my birthday and we continued to fall even more in love with each other. Houston got to know my family better and I got to finally meet his.
